14-day money back

If you’re not happy with EnhanceTyping Premium, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions, no forms.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your profile. Cancelling stops future charges; your premium features remain active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate partial months.

Beyond 14 days

Outside the 14-day window we generally don’t refund the current billing period, but if you’ve been billed by mistake (e.g. a charge after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge) email us and we’ll fix it.

Statutory rights

If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory cancellation rights under consumer law apply on top of this policy and aren’t affected by it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@enhancetyping.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. See our terms for the full subscription agreement.
